Theft of Armoured Cable ALERT

A theft has been reported from a local farm yard near Tump Lane which happened sometime overnight Tuesday 7th April between 1900hrs and Wednesday 8th April 0600hrs. 

 A roll of armoured cable which was in the yard for a period of time - the cable had been placed under ground for future connection with the excess still rolled up on the drum above ground.

For the amount of cable to be stolen from the property we believe it would have had to have been cut up and transported using a larger vehicle - Estimated value of £3000 along with about 40metres of earth cable approx £500.

Did you see any suspicious vehicle in the area that night? Hear any strange noises, that you now think of as strange?
